Meet Shelby – Owner of Shelby’s T’s

Hi, I’m Shelby. 

   Four years ago, when I was twelve, I asked my dad if I could start a T-shirt business. My dad is awesome and is a great photographer. Check out his work at TonyLafferty.com We brainstormed and quickly came up with the beginnings of Shelby’s T’s.  It has been two years now and I have learned a lot about business, design, and printing. I have done all kinds of projects including international jobs and commercial design projects. It is very exciting!

   As for me, I’m sixteen and love playing volleyball. It is hands down my favorite sport! I also enjoy my family, especially my Grandma. We are very close. Speaking of close, my dog Cali rarely leaves my side. Sometimes, when we are at home, I kind of think she and I are almost Siamese twins. You will understand when you see the pictures below. lol.

   What else do I like? Well, I am a big fan of Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, and Divergent. As a big reader, the books are my favorite, but I do enjoy the movies too.
